Sohil Maknojia

Sohil is a very skillful and technically experienced real estate finance professional who is well versed in all aspects of financing in the real estate industry. Sohil started as a property account with Jennings Real Estate, and in quick succession, he became our senior investment analyst, where he is responsible for preparing comprehensive analyses for new acquisitions and prospective developments and providing investment recommendations.

Prior to joining Jennings Real Estate, Sohil was a buyer at Summit Tools, where he was responsible for over 3,000 products with an average buying power of over 14 million dollars per year. Sohil holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance from Simon Fraser University.
