Matthew McNulty

Matt is responsible for leading the building operations team and the improvement and maintenance of all properties throughout the portfolio. His attention to detail, ability to problem solve and overall knowledge of building systems ensures we’re constantly enhancing our tenants’ experience.

Prior to joining Jennings Real Estate, Matt worked in the service industry for 10+ years. During that time, he also worked as a sales representative in the Ottawa real estate market. This experience has been instrumental in building strong relationships with industry contractors, vendors, and tenants.

In his spare time, he enjoys working out, playing hockey and golf, and spending time with his young family.
