Andrew Eberhard

Andrew leads both our leasing and property management divisions. He oversees the day-to-day execution of our asset strategies with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our tenants and maximizing asset values. Over the course of his career, Andrew has represented various landlords, including government entities, private investors and REITs in the leasing of all types of commercial properties.

Prior to joining Jennings Real Estate, Andrew was a Leasing Manager at the Skyline Group of Companies, where he was responsible for a national portfolio of over 7.5 million square feet of industrial space. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in real estate and housing from the University of Guelph and a Master of Planning (MPL) from the School of Urban and Regional Planning at Queen’s University.
